Warning safety note:

Read the instruction manual carefully before instruction!

1.The spray head must be descaled regularly Do not switch on if there is a possibility that the water in the heater is frozen.

2.The outlet must not be connected to any tap or fitting other than those specified.

3.This appliance can be use by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

4.If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

* Safety Note:

1.The water heater must connect with earthing secured; it’s forbidden dismantling the earthing device.

2. It is forbidden to install and use the water heater invertedly .

3. The rated current of the power switch can not be less than the rated current of the water heater.

4. The device must be filled with water before power on when use for the first time or discontinued for a long time.

5. If the water in the device may be freezing, do not power on before confirm that the ice in the water heater has been thawy.

6. Shut off the power and turn off the inlet valve when you don’t use the water heater.

7. If the power cord is damaged, it must be changed by the manufacturer or maintenance department or the professional person .

8. Shut off the power when the water heater is blocked and clean the inlet filter and outlet shower.

9. The outlet should not be connected to any faucet or connector which is not recommended.

10. When the water temperature is 15 ℃, the water resistivity should be not less than 1300 Ω * cm.

11.The outlet of the water heater should be connected with an inlet hose according with IEC61770.

12. It is recommended that the water heater should be embedded in the wall or installed with a protective frame which can be closed fit with the cover of the heater at the bonding position between the heater and the wall.

* Installation Instruction:

1.Please note following items before installing the water heater:

①Check the ammeter, wire sizes, fuse and the capacity of power switch carefully if they are qualified;

②The water heater must be installed vertically ,it should not be flatwise.

③For the position of the installation, please make sure that the power supply switch must be apart

from the area of the showerhead insufflation.

④Blue connector=cold water inlet，red connector=hot water outlet，the device is use for the 0 pressure system.

2. Fix the panel.

Press the paper card of water heater on the wall and mark the 3 screw holes by pencil, remove the card and drill the holes , then fix the panel by expansion screws on the wall.

3. Install the water heater

Drill the holes , and then install the water heater by expansion screws on the wall.

4.Install the inlet and outlet pipes

①Please install a suitable inlet valve in front of the inlet, then connect the outlet of the valve to the inlet of the water heater, and put a strainer to the connector of the inlet (if water pressure exceed 0.6MPa, please install a reducing valve at the inlet of the device.)

②The outlet of the device is a venthole, please do not connect with any other connector or tap which we don’t recommend.

Note: Do not force to connect the inlet and outlet pipe, so as to avoid damage to the water heater.
The electric power should be installed by the professional technicist or qualified electrician.

6. Install the power supply.

Note:

A.) Current capacity with the power wire;

B.) The maximum current of the ammeter ;

C.) Rated current of the switch;

D.) When install the outer wire, it must be installed a disconnection device in the fixed circuitry, when it’s disconnected, the distance if all connection points should be at least 3 MM.

7. Install the faucet
The outlet should not be connected to any faucet or connector which is not recommended

Notes:

The device can be use when the installation check is ok, it must be filled with water before power on when use for the first time or discontinued for a long time.

If the water in the device may be freezing, do not power on before confirm that the ice in the water heater has been thawy.

Use methods of Model DR05、DR10：

1. Close the external power supply switch, the power indicator light on.

2. Switch on the inlet valve of the tap water, water flow out from the outlet.

3. Users can control the water flow through the regulating valve to reach the temperature you expect.

4. Switch off the water valve when you are using the device, the water heater will stop working and heating.

※Safety protection function

1.When the outlet temperature exceed 75℃, the water heater will stop heating. If dry heating happened, the protection device will switch off the power supply automatically.

2.Over-pressure protection: If the pressure of inlet is too high, the inlet safety reducing valve start to work automatically, until the water pressure return normal. It is natural phenomena if water drip from the valve.

※Maintenance

To make sure the normal use for the hot water, please pay attention to maintain:

1.For there are many impurities in the tap water, they may deposit in the strainer when it use for a long

time, it will lead to waterway blockage, affect the normal use of the water heater and damage it, it is

necessary to clean termly.

2.Regularly check the power cord, leakage protection switch are connected well and secured and the

earthing is firm and reliable.

3.Cut off the power supply when you do not use the water heater.

4. Do not spray directly when clean the shell, it should switch off the power supply first and wipe gently by soft and wet cloths, then use the dry cloths. Please keep the shell to be dry and clean.

5. Descale:It shall be checked by authorized and qualified technicist once a year. Descaling check is necessary, especially for the local hard water exceeded 12 dH (German standard of water hardness).
